Location, good decorations inside the room. Easy checkin.

Place was very clean and positioned perfectly in the city.

The host is really kind and welcoming. She deliberately made sure that there were no inconveniences during our stay. The communication was very nice, and she also recommended us some places to visit. Oh and the location is the best, there are no similar places with close vicinity

The host was very kind and helpful, contacted me few hours before check-in with detailed instructions. The location is awesome - restaurants are close, the sandy beach is close, Nero's house is close. The parking is on the street and there's a plenty of it - we parked in front of the door. The room was extremely clean, well equipped, and the view from the terrace was holywood-like.

Perfect location with an amazing view to the square! I stayed for 5 nights. Close to everything. Very calm, very nice place to stay. Staff is wonderful, very caring, very helpful!! Also so clean!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to our exceptional host, Francesca. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and cared for. She kindly picked us up from the train station several times and also drove us back whenever we needed. Her generosity and willingness to help made our trip so much easier. Francesca was always available and would say, “If you have any problem, just text me.” Knowing she was there to help gave us great peace of mind. Every morning we enjoyed delicious breakfasts prepared with love and great attention to detail. One of the highlights was the amazing homemade pie baked by her father—it was absolutely delicious and something we’ll always remember. Thank you, Francesca, for your incredible hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and would happily return!
