Very nice, cozy, cute hotel, made with love. Rooms are nice and the decoration / design is made with taste. Location is absolutely great, in the heart of Nizwa. Parking safe and free.

The hotel is authentically designed like an Omani Fort. You are transported back in time as you enter the hotel, however it offers you all the modern facilities. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful too. The bed was very comfortable had a good night's rest.

We really liked the place, it was calm, we could use everything in the kitchen and could eat outside. The owner is very nice, helpful and answered many questions about Oman, the Omanis and sightseeingspots. The breakfast was very good. Instead of two nights we stayed there for for nights. We had a very nice time.

It is a very convenient location but you need a car to get there and move around, it is about 15 - 20 mins drive to city centre which is the main attraction but on a highway interconnection so very convenient to get in and out of the city. Hotel is basic and mostly geared for local tourists. It has all the basic amenities but not luxury by any means. We had a comfortable stay.

Peaceful place with an amazingly clean pool. It was private and has a separate lounge and shared kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. A great place to relax and be outdoors at the pool area. Room no. 2 had a small private enclosed garden which was lovely. Highly recommended!

Faisal is the best host you can imagine! He will not only offer your a bike for cycling around in town, barbecue utensils and a fully equiped kitchen, but also tours with his car to Wadi Tanuf, Bahla and Jabreen castle, Jebel Shams balcony walk or Jebel Shams peak. He really cares about his guests and gives you advice or help whenever you need it. Omani hospitality is legendary! WiFi is very good, rooms are big and spacious, Faisal responds quickly to your emails. I will come back!
