We had to change our dates at short notice, Erika gracefully adjusted our booking without any costs. We arrived at The Ranch at 1h00 am, and she welcomed us with a warm smile! Our room and bathroom was exceptional. Tastefully decorated, luxurious and spacious. Erika is personally involved in every aspect of the establishment,and her touch,and attention to detail is very evident. She catered to our smallest request with a smile!
