The hosts were amazing people. They are very helpful in every situation, and the location is also great for having a calm and relaxing vacation. Their homemade honey and cheese make the experience at their place even more incredible. The Lake Sevan is not far away, and there is also a beautiful mountain top which you can get to. Every Sunday there is a market not far from the town, to which the host took us so we could buy fresh fruits and more. There are also small stores in Lichk itself where you can get what you need. Overall, it was a very fulfilling experience and we will surely come back again.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Fantastic location with the best view in the world. New, classy accomodation in a virtually new lodge build on stilts in a pasture. Full kitchen facilities including washing machine and dishwasher. Two toilets one en suite to main double bedroom. Large living / studio space. Double glazed picture windows alternate with pine boarded panels hi ing 360° views. A warm welcome. Great hosts. Good communication. Bought groceries on our behalf and deli ered them to us so that we could make a meal. A second bedroom with two single beds makes it ideal for family. Part of and eco project where a summer camp with aims to introduce young people to sustainable living with a closeness to nature. We walked , painted and relaxed in this beautiful place.

We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.
