Queen Emma Bridge is 8.6 km from the guest house and Curacao Sea Aquarium is 9 km away. The apartment is located close to the Willemstad and it is a separate small separate house on the owners land plot. There is also a compact swimming pool, table with chairs outside and a “private bar” for your use. The place is really high quality and looks much better than photos :) The aparment has a lot of privacy and makes you feel comfortable. Also the owner was very supportive if we needed something but not intrusive so we really could enjoy our stay. The apartment looks like one open space studio flat with a big double bed, and living room part with sofa and the fridge with many drinks (which we were told were included, which was so nice) and a shelf with tea selection, kettle, coffee machine, coffee/sugar, cups and so on. The apartment has warm water and everything is really new and high quality. This is a great value for the price we paid. We planned to stay one night but we stayed more :)

The bed was comfortable, the room has a large smart TV with good wifi and access to Netflix, etc., air conditioning, a fridge/freezer, and a kettle. The bathroom is just outside the room but it was allocated to us during our stay. This room is part of a larger family home and the hosts Claudia, Jean Paul, and Dawn are kind and helpful. They offer airport pick-ups and drop-offs (for a reasonable fee) as well. There are a few small grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk and a bigger one at about 20-25 minutes (or 5 minutes by car). Philipsburg is about a 50 minute walk or just under 10-minutes by car. The family can also help arrange for (3rd party) transportation to get around the island although we had a rental car during our stay.

They were super accomodating to us when our flight got canceled last minute. Location was great- everything was within driving distance, and only minutes from the airport! Several dining options close by! We'll definitely be back!
