Important to mention that it is an apartment not a 5-star hotel, also the price is good, so no complaints. Great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and generous, making me feel truly at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything required for a pleasant stay. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures that made my experience even better. If you're looking for a cozy place with a great host, I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon and loved it. It's a beautiful break from some of the busier areas of Berlin but the U Bahn (U6) is right outside the apartment and this line is very well connected to the tourist sports or busier areas. Apartment was clean and Jurgen has done a fantastic job restoring this factory building in to an attractive industrial style apartment. Jurgen was a very accommodating host who was always on hand to help with recommendations which were all fantastic. If we return to Berlin we will be looking to see if the apartment is available.

Kerman is a wonderful host and I had a great time with his friendly cat. The location is walking distance to Friedrichshain which was perfect for me. Thanks for a lovely stay!
