Newly renovated from the ground up. WiFi works fine. Supermarket just across the street. Perfect location for a lot of hiking. Easily reachable by car as well as public transport. Despite this being an active railway station, the trains didn't bother me sound wise. With the windows closed, sound isolation was extremely good, and even sleeping with the window open was OK (I will add that my room was on the street side of the building, however).

The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable <3. There is a supermarket only 4 minuts walking from the house. The center of the town is also at 5-6 minuts walking. you have fridge, microwave, coffe machine and a toaster in the kitchen. It was a more than pleasant stay, I am very grateful to the family! unbeatable value for money.

Gasthaus & Pension Am Rennsteig está en Spechtsbrunn, a 12 km de Skiarena Silbersattel y a 36 km de Lago de Hohenwarte. Fine hotel with good food and brekky, right on the Rennsteig - we were hiking that one. Really all very positive so I can be short! Nice hosts too!
