Aegean Blue - Villas Stivachtis features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Agios Ioannis Pelio, 300 metres from Agios Ioannis Beach. Stivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins. Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car. We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day. One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees. The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore. We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

A little different every day and there was always something freshly baked or prepared by our hostess, who was so friendly and full of answers to all of our questions. The inn was thoughtfully decorated and modernized without sacrificing the special quality of the Pelion region. We especially loved the night that we returned early and got to visit with all of the members of the family over tea and homemade snacks.

Place is very central close to the port of Volos. Very clean and tidy. Mark is really nice host and always available if anything needed. Highly recommended place. Will definitely choose it again if I visit Volos.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. Offering a garden and mountain view, Olga Studios is situated in Tsagarada, 1.1 km from Damouchari Beach and 45 km from Panthessaliko Stadium. Great and very clean apartment, near to the main square of the village and to the beautiful beach "Fachistra". Plus, the ower is very kind and helpful! It was the second time we stayed in that place and we would definitely choose it again. Highly recommend it!
