The host is very lovely always there to help and offer tea and coffee. The room is basic but has everything you need. The host helped us contact somebody to plan our mount bromo and mount ejin trip which was amazing! There is a local restaurant nearby too.

Staff is super kind, it is two steps from Borobodur, the bed is big and comfortable, free bikes, goood kitchen :)

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, cozy and nice to be outside of the main centre but with easy access by foot or grab.. The hosts are very nice and they even gave us little Indonesian pancakes for breakfast which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful staff and a great spot to stay for a night if you are visiting Borobudur. The staff organized a driver to take us at 4:30 AM to Punthuk Setumbu to watch the sunrise (lower your expectations – it’s not that impressive). We also used that time to visit the ‘Chicken Church’ (which is actually a pigeon), and afterward, we had an Indonesian breakfast. From there, we walked for about 10 minutes to reach Borobudur’s gate, where we bought the 8:30 AM climbing ticket, which I strongly recommend due to the heat.
