I was in love with the people who run Kaesa Home Stay, they were so friendly from the first moment. They explained to us how to move around and solve all our questions, they were always willing to help us, even I got a wound in my leg and Ipul had no problem to ride me to the hospital and be with me all the time to help me to understand each other, I would never forget that :). I highly recommend this stay not only for the location and the facilities, but overall for the people who work there and the wonderful atmosphere you can get, thanks to all the travelers who pick this home stay. The property is very clean. The staff were very helpful. You have to go down a flight a stairs to go to the room. Overall, it was a good stay.

Staff were great for organising trips. Super close to the start of the treks and a lovely view of the river. Staff helped book the tours and transport in and out of Bukit Lawang.

Host was so nice and helpful, clean and large room with aircon, great food at their restaurant (1 mins walking). great value for money!

From the first contact on everything was organized perfectly (transport from and to the airport, the trek, finding a group to treck with etc.). The staff is really nice, you feel like family there. They also invited me for dinner and we talked about many different things, like culture differences. I did a 2 day 1 night treck with Rian (Guide), Sarol (Assistant Guide) and Mawan (Chef). A very good experience with a lot of explanations and fun. The food was also delicious. You can see, that they have a lot of experience.
