The owners were lovely and Andrea the host (son) was wonderful, so helpful and charming. The location was great, easy walk to the seafront and a nice supermarket next door to buy snacks, wine, beer, etc. The breakfast was more than anticipated with a variety of choices that changed every day. Aside from cereal, cold cuts, cheeses etc they offered a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. It was also a treat to have a full size shower as so many places we have stayed in Italy have mini sized showers. Also conveniently located about 2 blocks from the bus station.

Very nice furnihed, spcious and clean. We stayed only one night, but could imagine to stay longer. There was enough street parking place (paid) in front of the building.

The location, the infrastructure, it was all renovated and very clean. The silence too. It was a quick walk from all sorts of restaurants and bars but the place in itself was super quiet. Federico was very helpful and knowledgeable about the region too. We had a great time.
