Muy atento el personal y limpias todas las instalaciones. Contratamos el traslado con ellos y funcionó perfecto, el personal del lugar nos acompaño hasta encontrarnos con el traslado, ya que por su ubicación los autos no pueden entrar. El lugar se encuentran a una cuadra de la plaza principal de la Medina.

Riad Alia dispone de piscina al aire libre, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Marrakech. For me this Riad was perfect. Riad Alia feels lived in, old, but in a good way. It's what I expected and wanted for a trip to an old city. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Mellah, the Jewish Quarter of Marrakech, 5 minutes walk from the action of Tinsmith Square and Bahia Palace, 20 mins from the madness of Jemaa El-Fnaa square and within half an hour of everywhere in the walled city. Yet inside the walls of the Riad, surprising peace and tranquility. Of course there's often a little noise creeping in, but it is a peaceful haven. Staff were always friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked. And there is always someone awake, day and night, to open the sturdy old front door. Happy to arrange transfers, drivers and trips to everywhere. Of course you can arrange for taxis and drivers for less, but I was happy to pay a little more and know my drivers were recommended by the hotel. If I came back to Marrakech I would come back here.

El Riad Palais Calipau es un riad de 5 estrellas situado en el centro de la medina, en el distrito de la Casbah. We loved the breakfast! The room was a good size and the pool was lovely to relax in. The staff were helpful in sorting a taxi for us to the airport

I will start with a quote that followed me during the time we stayed in Maroc. "The amount of good things in your life depends on your ability to notice them", and that is what the whole staff and Moroccans did for us. We had the best experience here, and will start by saying that their hospitality will disarm you, we were not used to this type of kindness. From the mint tea (morrocan whisky as I like to name it) which was served from the house, to the delicious food we had. My lady loved the msemmen so much and we received some extra for us on to go when we left. Every day the room was professionally cleaned and any need was resolved fast. You are going to have a great vacation. We are grateful for Ali, Taha and Simsha (hopefully I remembered correctly the name of the lady from Cote D'Ivoire) who were so kind, warm and there for us. I cannot express in words the feeling of belonging, kindness and love we felt. If you want to disconnect, I would encourage you to come here. Thank you with all our heart from Andrei and Iulia.

Mohamed was very welcoming, kind and available for questions all the time. The riad was perfectly located in the centre of the medina, with a lot of nice restaurants and places around. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy, clean, and very beautifully decorated. It was an amazing (short) stay and I recommended it to others. (Especially having breakfast on the rooftop ;)

Beautiful Riad and room, we stayed in the Superior King Suite and truly felt like kings. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Amenities were superb!

We got a free upgrade for an amazing suite. Hotel very clean and beautiful. The smell is incredible. Pool wonderful with a great size. Morroccon flair with very polite and young staff. Food you can chooses from a menu, great variety and good price for eating at a hotel à la carte.
