Luli and his welcoming wife treated me like a family member and not a guest. They helped me as much as they could by suggesting what to do and where to go , providing bus tickets for activities , offering tasty breakfast and tea and trying to do their best so as to let the guests feel at ease. Thanks a bunch. The location was also good . I highly recommend friendship dorms hostels. You won't regret it.

The hospitality was palpable from the very first moment. And indeed, it was like that, we felt at home throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast was plentiful and very delicious, which we enjoyed in the garden. The place is close to the departure point 7 minutes by foot, which goes on various tours to Komani lake, Shala river, Theth and others, the tours are worth going on - you won't regret it, because it is beautiful. We recommend staying here.

Working people there are supernice and do everything they can to accomodate your needs. Big and spacious room Big lockers and super comfy beds. Slept like a child. It is above a bar but there is no noise from there. Situation is perfect. To return without a doubt.

Everything!! There’s two dorms, a common area and a fridge where you can store cold drinks etc. Besi, the manager, is so nice and friendly and super helpful! He goes out of his way to help with where to go, what to do, as well as onward travels. The dorms are quiet and all beds has thick curtains as well as a power outlet. Showers are really good as well, amazing water pressure and temperature. Very high quality especially for a hostel! The location is perfect, super central so easy to walk everywhere! I cannot recommend my stay there more! I only booked for one night but ended up staying for 4 nights I think. ❤️

Everything was perfect, the stuff was really friendly, they prepared an early breakfast for us since we were leaving for valbone around 6.30. They also stored our laggueage free of charge for the time we were in the mountains. Definitely recommend 👌.

This place is really cool. Nice people, quiet neighbourhood with parking outside. We were able to leave our car in their safe off-street parking for a small fee while we were hiking in the mountains. Beers and coffee cheap. They can help with everything for excursions away to the mountains. Excellent hostel!

Probably the best hostel in Shkodër. The managers are amazing, we had so much fun. It's not a random hostel running by volunteers, but by a young duo of welcoming and fun Albanians who love to spend their time there. They know their city and country by heart and give you advices about whatever you need. The dorms are big enough, the bathroom is huge, everything is clean. Safe neigborhood, a 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre.

This is a wonderful new, family run hostel that should be at the top of everyone's list for a place to stay in Shkodër. It has a great location and a stunning rooftop terrace with gorgeous 360 ° views. The staff are fabulous and if you're lucky, you'll get a chance to taste the owner's delicious homemade wine. With great value for the money, book your bed before word gets around and there won't be any available. One of the best hostels in Albania.

The room is fine, same as the bathroom. Cheap stay, so comparable quality. We were able to leave our suitcase in the hostel whilst going on the hikes, that was nice.
