No question, this is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in; staff are wonderful and the facilities are fabulous, but it’s the atmosphere and the sense of welcome really makes this place stand out.

Everything was good. The only problem we had was check in procedure requires Co ordination with the owner via phone and as travelers we didn't have mobile calling facilities. But we managed through booking.Com albeit not instantaneous.

Always clean, but depends on the other guests. This time, the guests were all very nice and well-mannered, so I had a very comfortable stay. Best of all, it's cheap for a nice property.

I have been to many hostels throughout the years but none of them compare to Opera Hostel. It was absolutely clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything one can need, and staff was exceptionally kind, speaking very good English but also willing to let me practice my German :) An amazing experience altogether. I would definitely return here. Thank you, Opera Hostel! <3
