Very well maintained & comfortable room with ensuite bathroom! The host & staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Location is at an easy 15 minutes walk to attractions in the city centre. Convenience store is just oppositethe road that leads into Danista. Highly recommend to book their tours. We booked an 8-day Gobi tour and enjoyed it thoroughly! Price is reasonable for all included package. Communication with the host, Mr Jagaa is easy & response is prompt!

Absolutely amazing views of both sunrise and sunset! Clean place, tidy, bathrooms very spacious and super clean, kitchen and washing machine available, even foosball and a gym machine were available! And I haven't mentioned the best yet: the kindness and support of the staff are superb! Nice social area and good night in a not soft mattress (point to consider if you like a soft mattress), and plenty of good restaurants nearby

Tumoko’s is like an oasis in the middle of Ulaanbaatar. Very clean and quiet. Nice shampoos and soaps! Kettle, small fridge, and other cooking utensils. Great location, very close to State Department Store, cafes and restaurants (great vegan restaurants half a block away). Easy walk to Sukhbaatar Square, museums and many sight seeing locations. Airport taxi can be arranged thru property.
