We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to Madeira! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The location was also good—convenient and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

It was not just a room with 3 beds as we had been expecting; it was an apartment with a kitchen and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very kind and will try to address all your requests, even in a very tough situation like we had during our stay there. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed here for one night after our flight arrived in the middle of the night. Moises, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, providing shuttle service from the airport. Communication was easy, and the instructions were clear. The room was simple but very clean.

Great hostel in old town of Funchal. Steps away from restaurants and the market, as well as cable car. Clear check in instructions were given if arriving late. Had a kitchen, several bathrooms, seating area etc. bed room had lockers and locks provided. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were friendly. The hostel itself seemed to be a historic building and had cool design.

Free laundry, plenty of parking on the main road outside. The kitchen was clean and the staff were very nice. Also they have a large outdoor terrace which was lovely.

The location was private and quiet. The room was set up well and the shared kitchen and the way it was organized was brilliant. Ruben and Maria made us feel very welcome—and Ruben was able to give us some good advice and tips about hiking.
