This place is magic! The design is magnificent and unique, super clean, many spaces to enjoy your time or work on your computer, lovely pool area, dining area and super equipped kitchen, the room is top! Cost value ratio is outstanding! Lili the owner is a warm welcoming person and does anything in her power to make your stay optimal, she even waited for me where the boat-bus arrives with her car to pick me up to the hostel. I have very particular restrictions with food and all are met in breakfasts, that's really nice. Also, Gamboa is a great place for a vacation or digital nomading, so calm with great beaches. Super recommended!

A Figueira Sagrada - Hostel er kun for voksne og ligger i Morro de São Paulo. Her er en have, en terrasse og grillfaciliteter. This is an absolute gem, one of the best hostels I have been for a while. The hostel is in the middle of the natural park, yet 5 minutes away from town. So you get the best of a quiet beautiful area but still close to the center. The place is perfectly clean, with amazing views in the huge balcony in the upper floor, comfortable sofas, perfectly arranged working areas, and a huge kitchen that you can use for cooking/storing. The rooms have a/c and are spacious and with very comfy beds and hot water shower. But the best is the team: Plinio and Barbara, whom will do anything in their hand to help you in whatever you need, are always there and behave like family. I really hope to get the chance to be back one day because it really shaped my stay in Morro (originally 3 days, ended up staying 7).

Probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! It looks amazing, the beds are comfy, the vibes in the middle of the forest are insane. I really enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of nature. And the breakfast was beyond delicious! Everything was vegan and prepared in the hostel daily by an amazing chef. The staff is absolutely amazing and always very helpful. Incredible vibe, with nice common areas and instruments for spontaneous jam sessions😊
