Capsules were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Other facilities (e.g showers, toilets) where always clean

I recently stayed at Basel Backpack Hostel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hostel is well-located, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shared areas, including the kitchen and lounge, were well-maintained and provided a nice space to relax. One of the highlights was the free Basel Card, which made getting around the city much easier. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable and fast, which was a big plus. The atmosphere was relatively quiet, which might not suit those looking for a more social experience. However, if you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in Basel, Basel Backpack is a solid choice. Would recommend for budget travelers!

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 403, WC in the hallway, outside the room is located in Basel, 2.4 km from Jewish Museum of Basel and 2.6 km from Schaulager. Good for short stays. Very good value for money. The staff (Mara) was super nice and helpful.

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 402, WC in the hallway, outside the room is situated in Basel, within 2.8 km of Pfalz Basel and 1.7 km of Architectural Museum. This room was impeccably clean and very easy to access. I expected to be in a dark,barely supportable room with dirty corners and a dirty bathroom. How amazed I was to find a super clean room, kitchen and bedroom. Good job!

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 404, is located in Basel, within 2.8 km of Pfalz Basel and 1.7 km of Architectural Museum. Wonderful! I love that it has a kitchen, refrigerator, stove just like at home.
