The room was clean and very warm, and it was extremely convenient to have a dedicated place for storing ski equipment. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional. Special thanks to all the staff — everyone was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you very much; we will definitely be back next year.

Lehmann's Herberge Hostel asub Grindelwaldi vaikses, kuid keskses piirkonnas, Firstbahni ja Männlichenbahni köisraudteest 350 meetri kaugusel. Hosts were wonderful! Breakfast was great. Room was small but that was expected. Location great. We had an excellent experience!

All the reviews about this accomodation are true. To provide a more unique piece of comment, when I arrived late, tired and outside of incheck hours, I found the bedsheets presented neatly inside-out. In case we are not familiair with how to make up a bed the easiest way, take the sheets inside-out and shake like crazy. I was tired and I was positively speechless (if I was talking). Never made a bed up so easily in my life, for real. On a more personal experience, Matt really gave me the “Swiss” feeling that other, more touristy places, failed me to provide. I felt comfortable and like at home in the area, but then in Switzerland. I will definitely come back here, to climb the mountain across Matt. I did not have the time for it sadly. Also, ja, Florian, cool dude. The reviews about the host does him right. (Also you get free public transport btw, in the Kanton)

It's a very peacefull and beautiful place. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was confortable, the kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast and cook dinner. Everything was super clean. There's a lot of information available about all the things that can be done closeby.
