Conveniently located 400 metres from a supermarket, MaPatagonia Hostel Casa Historica offers accommodation in Puerto Varas. Rooms include a shared bathroom. Room was clean, kind receptionist. Very well organized. I highly recommend this place. This was first time I stayed in a hostel and I enjoyed it.

A very helpful owner and staff. The owner had great advice on where to visit, including a great penguin tour that I took on my last day. The room was also good, with a private bath. The common area was spacious too.

When we first arrived we were given a tour and a suggested itinerary for our time on Chiloe. The room was comfortable and spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a good space for cooking and dining. Close to town and overall really positive experience here.

He is so helpful, kind, funny and really wants you to have te best stay. He can help you for planning around Hornopirén or outside the town. I really recommend to stay at this place!
