The staff were absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t re-load my Chinese SIM card with my foreign credit card on WeChat, so the receptionist paid for my data pack and allowed me to pay her separately. It was a real life saver! Also location is amazing as you can get from the metro stop to anywhere in Beijing in less than 30 mins

I didn't mind the lack of a window in the room.There is air conditioning. I had a USB port and a lamp by the bed. Downstairs, next to a personal table and chair, there is also an electrical socket and a lamp. It was clean and tidy, the staff helpful.In the common area: free coffee, water with lemon, next to it there is a microwave, fridge, and a hot water dispenser. The hostel itself is located on the main street, where there is a supermarket with a large sign : Letao Living Supermarket. There is a small sign saying "Bear care" and a small panda bear symbol.
