The day manager gave me $10Y because I did not have cash . Rose was so patient and helpful and would arrange for my taxi. Available always, she game me her cell # if I needed anything. They go out of their way in making your stay in Chongqing very pleasant . Highly recommend. Will stay again. I will miss them.
