Situated conveniently in the centre of Chongqing, Chongqing Desti Youth Park Hostel Liberation Monument offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The staff is very good and helpful, the common room is large, stylish and comfortable with different sitting options. I had a great hotpot diner organized by the staff. Rooms were comfy and quiet, separate showers and bathroom very clean. The hotel is located downhill of a very nice and interesting part of the city, just before the district with old houses and lots of shops/cafes. Ideally located in Chongqing, 弱水咖啡国际青旅 Only Cafe and Backpacker offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. I booked it for the view and was not dissapointed, absolutely amazing view of the city! But the highlight is the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and made you feel at home! And Gau is a hilarious, all around good guy. I also met some really friendly people from all over the world, all in all one of the best hostels I've been to in general, and it's smack in the middle of chongqing!

Conveniently situated in Chongqing, 吃山文化青年旅店 provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Everything. The staff, Lotti together with the other girls at the receptions, have been outstandingly kind and helpful - managing to arrange a tour for me with few hours notice. The location is unbeatable, the room clean and stylish, the vibe is great as in the whole Chongqing. No better place in town, trust me.

In a prime location in the centre of Chongqing, Smiley's Long Time No See Hostel offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. I liked that there were cats and beds were so comfy. Everyone was friendly when we were playing with the cats and met some other people. The property is directly outside exit 3 of the metro so super convenient (had to input “Crown Mansion” on AMap to find it). The metro line it was on also had most of the touristy hotspots in Chongqing along it making it super easy to get around. Loved the concept of the room - Tatami movie room

Featuring a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Chongqing Houlai Rooftop Terrace Youth Hostel候来屋顶露台青年旅舍 is located in the centre of Chongqing, 1.8 km from Chaotianmen Square. The person managing it was the nicest, stated up really late to check me in. I stayed one night in a tent and I think it’s the coolest thing ever. The bathroom isn’t really nice but like the stay is really worth it. Really cool experience
