Situated conveniently in the centre of Chongqing, Chongqing Desti Youth Park Hostel Liberation Monument offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The atmosphere was great. The bar/café upstairs was really cozy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds felt private and comfortable, the shared facilities were clean and convenient. I had a great stay!

It felt like a nice place for a solo traveller to spend and interact with other travellers too.

At first it was a little bit confusing to find, but the location is excellent – right next to the metro station. The shared spaces are cozy, clean, and spacious. The lobby has a small bar and restaurant, and you can comfortably relax on the terrace with a nice view. There are also a few small exercise machines, and even some cute cats. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of rooms, all clean and quiet. It’s perfectly suitable for international travelers. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. I also liked the makeup room for women – a thoughtful touch. The hostel even offered three types of pillows, plus mosquito repellent and earplugs on request. I had no issues at all during my stay. Highly recommended!

Situated conveniently in Chongqing, Heye International Youth Hostel offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The location was excellent .. steps from subway and many tourist attractions. The best part of staying here was the staff . They were excellent . The day manager gave me $10Y because I did not have cash . Rose was so patient and helpful and would arrange for my taxi. Available always, she game me her cell # if I needed anything. They go out of their way in making your stay in Chongqing very pleasant . Highly recommend. Will stay again. I will miss them.

The person managing it was the nicest, stated up really late to check me in. I stayed one night in a tent and I think it’s the coolest thing ever. The bathroom isn’t really nice but like the stay is really worth it. Really cool experience
