She spoke very good English and has helped me a lot with the Chinese app. Great location, so easy to get anywhere, even airport and central for the fountain show. The toilets and showers as well as rooms were constantly clean so it smelled nice and it was super clean. The common area was exceptionally good, you can work from and chill plus the have movies in the evening so it's cool. People were also friendly and respectful. Highly recommend it!

An incredibly kind and helpful host — he spoke fluent English, drove us to the ticket office free of charge, and allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we were hiking on Huashan. As a bonus, he even let us use the showers after we returned from the hike. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!
