The staff was spot on with meeting all the requests and needs! They even provided earplugs that worked like a charm when the construction work was being done outside! Friendly and always answering questions about tourist whereabouts in Shanghai. The free coffee was a real saver straight in the morning!

I felt very comfortable and welcomed by staff and other people at the hostel. Shampoo and washing utilities were provided. Washing machines were also free to use and free washing powder provided.

Super clean, new, staff were really nice especially Maria (everyone was great and helpful). The room and bed was comfortable. Good hostel atmosphere as well overall!

I stayed at a Dengba hostel near Guilin Park Metro Station in Shanghai, and the location was really convenient. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station, which is on Lines 9, 12, and 15, so getting to Xujiahui, People’s Square, and other places was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn’t have to go far for meals or supplies. The staff were professional and friendly. I arrived a bit early, and they helped me store my luggage and patiently answered my questions about transportation and the area. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly when I needed help. The room was clean and tidy; overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good value.

Very well located and managed. Very clean and comfortable. Good staff. Big social area where it is easy to meet new people or just relax.

Denpa Inn - Disney Kangqiao Branch asub Shanghais, 5,7 km kaugusel Shanghai Disneylandist. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The staff was very good. The room was modern, clean and light. Check in was 3 hours earlier than it should be. Also they allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out till the evening without extra charge. On the first floor there are 3 china cafes. The cat was cute.

This hostel is wonderful and close to the heart of Shanghai, also close to the metro station. The staff were very nice and kind, I definitely return back to this hostel.
