I recommend this to alone or in pair. I do recommend the mototaxi, it will save your energy for the other half. Great food, starink wifi at defined hours, and if you want to avoid the massive tourism on the side from Cabo to Zaino, this place is absolute heaven. There are also 2 resident dogs.amazing the way they can guide you through the jungle, treat them well and they will care for you.

Love the remote location, very adventurous to arrive there by motocycle, the view and the place is very peaceful. The staff is so lovely, the 7 bedrooms are very confortable, the food is very good, they have a nice and complete menu and good price compared to other hostels! It's also stay a social place with a bar and music which stops at 10pm a reasonable hour ton then enjoy the beautiful sound of night life in the forest. As a remote worker I can tell the wifi is very performant and the working space is very nice. I would come back to stay longer! 100% recommend this hostel for 3 nights at least to rest, enjoy the waterfall walk and the birdwatching activity. They even have hot showers..

I LOVED this hostel, the beach was great without any waves, not a lot of people, very calm water. The breakfast was delish, the food and drinks sold at the bar were very good, a bit pricey but not too bad. I will stay here everytime I visit Santa Marta. Do keep in mind that it's like 15/20 min drive to the center of Santa Marta, but taxis are cheap.

Really beautiful hostel with friendly and helpful owners. Perfect to start some hikes. Comfy beds. Beautiful view. I didn't mind the way up and walked it regularly as it was just nice and also safe at night. I was always greeted with something to drink when I arrived

Majutusasutus asub El Zainos, 600 meetri kaugusel Castilletesi rannast. Hostal Zirumake Dentro del Parque Tayrona pakub majutust koos aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, eraranna ja terrassiga. The location is superb,putting you inside the park and relatively close to the trailhead. The property and surrounding environment are beautiful. The birding there was better than it was on the trails. Titi monkeys visited and four macaws are regulars. The host family is super casual, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are tasty!

Minca Seasons Birds asub Mincas, Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrinost 18 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on terrass, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Yolanda and her family really made our stay special. She cooked amazing breakfasts and looked after us very well. We also loved the large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and many birds.

Cacao Hostel Santa Marta asub Santa Martas. Kohapeal on välibassein, aed, terrass ja baar. Playaca rand on umbes 2,9 km, Simon Bolivari park 1,2 km ja Santa Marta jahisadam 1,7 km kaugusel. Cacao Hostel is located in a residential neighborhood, which I liked a lot. It provides tranquility, but it is in walking distance from the old town. I liked the social area of the hostel, garden with the swimming pool, hammocks, bar, and kitchen. It's easy to find people to talk to, if you wish so. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all the receptionists working there and also volunteers. I really liked Mar, the volunteer from Peru, she is extremely friendly. She organized salsa classes and in general was very friendly to help with anything. I recommend staying in Cacao hostel, if you are in Santa Marta.
