It was fresh and enough to start the day, and I enjoyed it. What truly sets Madina Hostel apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel at home from the very first day. Madina Hostel offers much more than just accommodation — it offers a warm and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo, and I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Heaven Hostel for three months and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The hostel is on the 11th floor, and for that reason, you have a breathtaking view over Cairo. Besides the great location, the hostel offers fresh Egyptian breakfasts daily, which are made by the most wonderful two women. The breakfast is prepared fresh every morning and offers a great variety as well as a generous amount of food. Moreover, all the rooms are clean, neat and the furnishings are really modern. The rooms are really cozy and you can watch Netflix series at anytime if you like to. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, and the staff is truly amazing! I have never experienced staff who are so helpful, kind, and generous - simply wonderful. They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via. WhatsApp at any time. Furthermore, you can book amazing trips through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids or a night in the white and black sand desert. I can only recommend these tours! They were simply amazing. Thanks to Abdo and everyone else at the hostel - Amr, Ahmed, Shahd, Shaima, and Shrouk - I had an amazing and unique experience and I cannot thank all of them enough! Everyone at the hostel works so hard to ensure that every single guest has the best time and experience in Cairo. They definitely turned my stay in Cairo into the best experience I could ever wish for. I will come back to Cairo for sure, and there is only one place where I will stay: Heaven Hostel. <3
