The location is fantastic, and the price is very affordable, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet well-located stay. A special shoutout to Abu at the front desk—he is incredibly kind and welcoming. Staying here was a great experience, and I’m so happy I chose this place. Highly recommended!

The rooms at the Cecilia Hostel are simply furnished and have wooden flooring, air conditioning, ironing facilities and a mosquito net. Some rooms have a private bathroom. An excellent place run by really friendly people who like to engage with travelers. I had a great time staying there. Sara and team took excellent care of me. Had great conversations with them. The breakfast is fantastic. The terrace is a cool place to hang out if its not too cold. In all, I highly recommend this play if you are visiting Cairo. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Rasha welcomed us warmly and was very kind, offering many useful local tips. The staff were always available, helping us with transportation and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their responsiveness to our requests was impressive. The hotel also offers excellent tours; we booked the pyramids and museum tour, which was organized with a wonderful guide. I highly recommend this hotel.
