The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, it made a huge difference that they let us rest in the lobby both before check-in and after check-out, since we arrived early in the morning and left late at night. The breakfast was honestly the best we had in all of Cairo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect, everything is close by and easy to reach. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was genuinely helpful and good-hearted. We honestly couldn’t imagine a better stay.

Fantastic. Large room for 3 people, very clean. Very quiet. Great view from the rooftop of the pyramids. Very nice and helpful owner. He recommended us a great restaurant. He advised us on every question we asked. Breakfast was served at the time we selected. I recommend it

If I come to Cairo again, I won’t think twice , I will book the same place. Everything was perfect. First, I want to thank Eya and all the staff for their kindness. When you arrive, you feel welcome, just like you’re at home. They are very helpful, always smiling, and doing their best to make you satisfied. The room was amazing; it had a beautiful atmosphere. I want to congratulate the decorator as well. I also admired that the place is animal-friendly, there are many cute cats. I came with my husband, but I also think it’s a great place for solo travelers. At night, I saw young people meeting each other and being very respectful. I had breakfast, even though I booked without it. I was surprised when Eya didn’t take any money and said, “It’s from us.” I also booked a Nile cruise with them, and it was an amazing night. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is a separate Wi-Fi network in the different area, all with the same password, so you can connect easily wherever you are Here in Egypt, you often see people trying to take money from you, so when you meet staff who truly want you to enjoy your stay and save your money, you really see the difference and feel grateful that you chose this place. I stayed at Heaven Hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cairo. Here are some of the things I loved about my stay: - The location was perfect. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the major attractions like Tahrir Square and Egyptian Museum (just 10-min walking distance). And it's very safe here. - The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. The bed is big and the sheets were soft. I had great night sleeps. - The hotel accepts both credit cards and cash, which is easier for the guest. - Breakfast is included. - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. - The owner was amazing. He was so helpful and accommodating. He reminded me to extend my stays. He really made me feel like a valued guest. - Unlike some other high-score hotel in booking.com, the hotel pictures are real, and it can be found on the google maps - this is helpful when u take a uber ride from airport at the first day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Heaven Hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cairo.
