While my partner was dealing with that, the receptionist let me into the room to decompress from the travels. Additionally, the place was located in a nice spot, near plenty of restaurants and other amenities. The interior was clean and welcoming.

The staff are incredibly friendly, from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Rasha welcomed us warmly and was very kind, offering many useful local tips. The staff were always available, helping us with transportation and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their responsiveness to our requests was impressive. The hotel also offers excellent tours; we booked the pyramids and museum tour, which was organized with a wonderful guide. I highly recommend this hotel.
