United KingdomI had seen some of the reviews and I was a little worried going in as I have stayed in other hostels by the same company in different locations and they weren't- great. But I was so pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, no bugs, clean room, not noisy. I was only staying there for one night but I was so happy, the bed was super comfy (and i was really lucky as nobody else had booked in my room!) Facilities worked great and it was close enough to the German border that I literally walked across!

The place is incredible, very big, complete, the rooms are great, extremely clean, the breakfast is delicious and there's a beautiful view! One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.

Location was great, close to both the train station and the old town. The price, compared to all the hotels around it, was much more reasonable, though still expensive for a hostel. The lobby, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The female 4-person dorm room had its own bathroom. There was staff in the lobby 24/7, so I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

This was the cheapest hostel I could find. Hence, I didn't expect much. But it was a massive place with a well-organised establishment. Such a value for money
