Set in Nether Wasdale, YHA Wasdale Hall is 1.3 km from Wasdale and offers various facilities, such as a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. Amazing location with direct access to the lake, with a beautiful lounge area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dorm room was relatively spacious and bathrooms were clean. Food was decent which was good since theres not a lot of options nearby.

The YHA Ambleside sits on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. It offers a range of budget accommodation and a café serving local food. I had a wonderful experience staying at YHA Ambleside. The hostel is well-maintained, with very clean bathrooms and toilets, which made the stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and the bunk beds were sturdy and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest after exploring the Lake District. There’s also a bar and hotel attached to the property, which serves delicious food and a nice variety of drinks — a great spot to unwind in the evening while enjoying the lakeside views. Overall, YHA Ambleside offers excellent value for money with a friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, and great food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

YHA Holly How tarjoaa makuusalimajoitusta Conistonissa 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Amblesidessa sijaitsevasta Hawksheadista. The YHA network is perfectly suited for hikers and more. I was walking the Cumbria Way and decided to stay at this property. It offered everything I needed: a great location, a comfortable bed, access to clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a self-catering kitchen. Simple, efficient, and exactly what a tired walker needs at the end of the day!

YHA Hawkshead sijaitsee upeassa regency-tyylisessä kartanossa kauniilla paikalla, vain noin 1,5 km:n päässä Hawksheadin kylästä ja tarjoaa näköalan Esthwaite Wateriin. Every thing was good, location was amazing nice view and the staff were brilliant, helpful very appreciated, I would like to thank everyone there.
