The staffs are always so helpful and kind to everyone! They tried to solve the problems and answer the question sincerely for the guests. The cost of the laundry was also reasonable. (£7~8 + £1 for detergent) It was such a comfortable stay that I ended up extending my stay by two more nights!

This hostel is fairly simple but cosy, the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I've stayed at the female 4 bedroom which was very confortable and the private bathroom was a highlight!
