Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, Cocoon City Hostel is set in Chania Town. The property is close to Mitropoleos Square, Municipal Art Gallery of Chania and Historical Museum of Chania. A great hostel with multiple kitchens, each equipped, and even a pool! The location is also good: it's just next to the main street with a bunch of shops, which will lead you to the old harbor. The beach is also easily accessible by foot. And there are drying racks provided, so you can dry your stuff after.

So Young Hostel is situated in Heraklio Town, a 4-minute walk from Heraklion Archaeological Museum and 400 metres from Venetian Walls. I had a private room with a private bathroom and it was excellent. The location is close to the city centre and the waterfront and I hung out with other fellow travellers playing cards one evening. The hostel enabled a good mix of solitude and being social!

Also the bathroom is private, which is not visible in the pictures or listed in the property amenities. It's quite spacious and in a decent location (20-30 minutes walk from the center), with easy parking. Amazing for its price

Also somebody could check in late at night. He really puts in the effort. Hostel for a very good price.
