Before planning a trip to Varkala i did a lot of research and was skeptical travelling alone to new location, but he helped me with everything from cafe recommendations to scooty bookings making my stay memorable. The house itself is like from an old movie, spotless clean (hard to find in India), full of space for work, meditation, a chat and a drink, rooms are spacious, beds are tidy and comfy. A tranquil heaven. And THE PEOPLE! The most welcoming, helpful, polite and incredibly friendly, from gardeners to managers and the amazing Lydia who will win over your heart in seconds. Feels like a home, feels like a family. Can not recommend more, I really mean it.
