The staff was super helpful with everything. From laundry service to a wine bottle provided for my suite, everybody was welcoming and polite in a non-fake, friendly way. Location is excellent to walk everywhere. Very cozy common area to talk to other travellers. Truly a great hostel.

Amazing and more!! This hostel really surpassed my expectations. The services were amazing - they had towels, shower gels, blow dryers, everything you would need, and the staff were really friendly... The communal space was also really nice, and everything was new and clean. One of the best hostels I have stayed in Italy!!!

- it's a very clean facility with a common area to eat at - the staff was very kind and helpful - they let me check-in before time (which I was grateful for as I was drenched from the rain) - they have a cafe - about a 20-30 min straight walk to the center - there's big enough locker in the room for a backpack
