I slept in an 8-bed room, which was excellently organised and very clean. Bathrooms and toilets had a practical design, so that it was pretty good for sharing with many others. There was an excellent place to store my bicycle.

There are few times where what you expect is met with what you didn't know you needed. I came cold from a hard rainfall and was greeted with so much warmth that it still lasts. What an unexpectedly pleasant place. The atmosphere made it easy and natural to connect with other people and this place has become a benchmark for how it should be.

It sits in 10 hectares of beautiful grounds with wonderful old trees everywhere. The room was modern with a great king size bed and lovely linens. The bathroom was fresh and clean and smelt great. The shower was great pressure and spacious cf to many places we've stayed in Italy. It was very quiet and the host made a reservation for dinner for us at a lovely nearby forest restaurant.
