Το Momiji hostel είναι σε Minami Aso, σε απόσταση 31 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και κοινόχρηστο χώρο... Highly recommended if you’re visiting Mount Aso and looking for a ryokan-style stay, this place offers a warm welcome and great hospitality from the owner. There are also two cats, and you can take a walk to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Το Tudzura βρίσκεται στο Κουμαμότο, σε απόσταση 2,3 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια και μπαρ. I liked everything about this place. The facilities are beautiful, the room is a little small but comfortable and clean. The location is in a quieter part of town, so you need to walk 15-20 minutes to get into the busier/nightlife area but that was fine with me. Above all else, the hosts were really spectacular. Anna and Jun were so nice and fun to talk to, they really treat you like family. Both speak excellent English and Jun speaks Mandarin as well. They gave a bunch of recommendations for the area when I was asking about restaurants/bars/sightseeing. And wow they're both very hard workers. Jun is the owner so he's not always at Tudzura, but sometimes away doing more managerial things, I assume. When I was there, Anna was running the show, checking people in and out and cleaning all the rooms. She's a very impressive and intelligent young lady, and Tudzura is lucky to have her! I'm back home in LA now but I already miss them, and would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Kumamoto just to catch up with these friends :)

We had a wonderful stay – the accommodation is cozy and lovingly decorated with great attention to detail. You can really feel that the hosts put their heart into everything: many things are homemade, and that personal touch makes all the difference. Everything was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. What we loved most was the warm hospitality – we felt welcome from the very first moment. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Το Hotel The Gate Kumamoto, στον προορισμό Κουμαμότο, διαθέτει καταλύματα 3 αστέρων με κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και μπαρ. Very clean and relatively spacious in terms of bathroom and twin room, nice provate walls and loackage door, very close to Kumamoto station

Το HIKE είναι σε Tamana, σε απόσταση 20 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Ιαματικές Πηγές Hirayama και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα καταλύματα και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. Yoko and all the team at HIKE, were very welcoming and helpful. A beautiful space, carefully designed by the owners.
