Amazing people, and the most comfortable bed! This isn’t a little hostel it’s a community. There were multiple times that ex guests came back just to hang out and jam on the instruments or just talk. Was also the most comfortable mattress in Japan so far!!

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, it’s everything I imagine a hostel would be. The common area was equipped with TV, switch 2 console, and a working area with computers. The kitchen was nice, had everything you need for prepping a meal including condiments. Fridge was huge and more than enough to store everyone’s foods. The bed, bathrooms and toilets were all spotless. The hosts also treated me like their friends and were very welcoming.

The house itself was clean and well equipped. You can get to the beach fast and easily by foot. I wish I would have stayed longer.

The location is very good the bus station is just 2 minutes away. As in the kokuduri street. I enjoyed my stay it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

AIEN Coffee & Hostel ligger i Chatan, 1,9 km fra Sunset Beach og 10 km fra Nakagusuku Castle, og har en bar. Dette vandrehjem har 2 stjerner. Her er en terrasse, aircondition og gratis wi-fi. Very charming property with friendly staff who made us feel extremely welcome. We didn’t do any work on laptops but it has the kind of space that would be ideal for people who are travelling and working. It was also very chill if you’re just on holiday. It felt like the staff went out of their way to help us get a taxi to our izakaya tour, as well as holding on to our bags as we changed properties (we booked another spot not knowing how much we would love AIEN hostel). If we could go back in time we would have stayed longer. This is a budget accommodation by price but the staff, vibes, and design made it feel upscale and luxurious. We stayed in a private room which was extremely spacious and had a desk. We didn’t feel claustrophobic at all which can be an issue in hostels. It was also very clean. Maybe the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you so much!
