We had a lovely time playing with them. The staff were very attentive to the cats and spent lots of time cleaning up and feeding them. It is also a rescue and 2 were adopted while we were there. The hotel / Ryokan was very comfortable and clean. There were lots of lovely places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay again

The rooms were very very spacious ( we had the private room) compared to all the hotels in Tokyo, it was 12 Tatami mats. My daughter absolutely loved the large space. The bathrooms were also spic and span and spacious too. Location was great also, walking distance from Tennoji station (North Exit), which made commuting easier. You can catch the direct train to USJ We would like to come back here again if we even visit Osaka
