Close to the airport. Staff were very polite. Shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

The room had everything I needed for a nights stay before an early flight, it was also close to the station, markets and restaurants.

Good sized room compared to what else we've had in Japan - a desk! And breakfast In house dining good value

It is near to Metro and Shin osaka station. The bed is comfy and clean as well as the rest room. They have a good breakfast selections too.

We were helped by the staff to accomate, and they were incredibly helpful.

Very friendly and helpful people at the reception. They speak very good English. Great supermarket nearby.

I like the central location. It is on the same street corner as the Esaka train station. The JR line is also nearby within walking distance. I can get further downtown or to other parts of Osaka easily from here. They serve a really good buffet breakfast. They have coin operated washing machines. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, groceries and eateries all on the same block. The room ac is adjustable. I can be comfortable even in Osaka hot weather. It's quiet at night.

Bathroom in the room was really nice, plenty amenities and the breakfast was one of the best I tried in Japan so far.

I liked the cleanliness of the property as the room was cleaned each day, with the receptionist calling each morning to ask what time I would like the room to be cleaned. I also liked the array of free items by reception such as hygiene necessities and even tea bags. There was also a vending machine for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and the option to buy convenience food such as noodles. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with convenience stores like Lawson and Familymart, a drugstore and restaurants nearby. There was also a metro station nearby.

I loved the layout of their hotel room. It was small, but the bedroom and toilet were separated by a door. One more thing was just a few minutes walk from Mikuni Station. Very convenient.

This was my second stay at this hotel! I love the staff who are very friends and greeting us during check-in and check-out. The room is a little bit of the small side but the bed is absolutely comfortable! The bathroom is nice and spacious!

Clean, easy check in, close to the airport, close to 7 eleven, value for money. Was a perfect night stay between flights.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a fancy shower head and even a jacuzzi..Great value for money especially with a breakfast included, which was a positive surprise.

The room was very spacious. Quite surprised to get such a big room. It was more of an apartment. Walking distance from Itami International airport so if you want to catch an early morning flight it is a good choice.

Half board included in price. Very good Ramen
