room is big for the price we paying. The hotel has free shuttle bus to the city and back. Very convenient. There is a train station just beside the hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, even though they didn't speak a lot of English. They looked after our bags prior to check in. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Not too far from Sannomiya station and Kobe port.

The attention to detail, e.g. the aircon an humidifier were already on before I entered the room.

Ideally situated at the harbor front. Clean and meticulous in services

The service and facilities were beyond expected. It could not get more central and close to public transport.

Very spacious room, with a great view..

Everything was amazing. The onsen being open throughout the night, the complimentary services (ice cream, Yakult, half ramen) were absolutely great. I feel so spoiled.

Excellent location, huge room for a family of 4 and exceptional service. Excellent value for money too.

The location was very close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. It was clean and nicely appointed. Bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. Supplied face creams and bath salts.

Kobe is one of few places I could imagine to live in Japan. This hotel has a very nice lokation, an excelent restorant for breakfast to enjoy and wonderfull onsen to relax.

Close to Kobe station, easy access to restaurants

Very big hotel with large rooms. Clean and with all services. Next to a train and bus station, with many restaurants and cafè around.

The hotel’s location is super convenient—just under a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which made getting around really easy. Plus, there’s a Lawson right behind the hotel, perfect for quick snacks or essentials (less than 5 minutes away!). I especially loved that there’s an onsen inside the hotel—such a relaxing way to end the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks for making my stay in Kobe a memorable one. Would definitely come back!

It was so convenient to everything. Bus stop from KiX, Sannomiya Station. Lawson and Daiei were next door.

They were keeping my bags safe for me so I could walk around and go sightseeing before and after check in. The staff were very friendly, all in all a very good stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff member at the hotel was kind getting me a towel when I arrived soaking wet as it had been raining heavily. The hotel is in a convenient position, but not directly next to the station.

Location is closed to station and easy access. Very very complete amenities, even they provide salt bath and very helpful staff. The price is very affordable. Will be back again here if visiting Kobe.

Every hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan was great, but this was one of my favourites. The location is ideal, a short walk from the main station, and there's a really nice cafe opposite. It's in a centre with a Kobe beef restaurant and also a bar specialising in highballs - you know, scotch and soda, the Japanese seem to have a thing for highballs at the moment. Breakfast is in the highball place. There's free coffee at reception - good coffee - and they're got a fridge with bottles of local craft ales, I tried all the different types. Rooms were standard enough, although a bit more effort on the decor than usual, very stylish. I'm really glad I went to Kobe - jazz, beef, stylish seafront, spas, lots to do, one of the most fun places I went, well worth 2 nights.

The charming atmosphere and lovely staff

The hotel is very close to Sannomiya Station (just one subway station away from Shin-Kobe station) and it was a very spacious room with all facilities (tea, hair dryer, pyjamas, etc.). The staff was very friendly. Check-in and Check-out were done via machines :)
