Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, even though they didn't speak a lot of English. They looked after our bags prior to check in. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Not too far from Sannomiya station and Kobe port.

The location was very close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. It was clean and nicely appointed. Bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. Supplied face creams and bath salts.

The service and facilities were beyond expected. It could not get more central and close to public transport.

The attention to detail, e.g. the aircon an humidifier were already on before I entered the room.

It was such a lovely hotel. staff was kind, we could store our luggage’s before checking in for free. The room was lovely with a great very big bath (biggest we had in Japan out of 5 hotels). The bed was comfortable too. I wish we spent more time in Himeji. We came here only for the very beautiful castle but I wish I could spent some more time here

room is big for the price we paying. The hotel has free shuttle bus to the city and back. Very convenient. There is a train station just beside the hotel.

The beafast was exceptional and it is my favourite hotel!

Everything was amazing. The onsen being open throughout the night, the complimentary services (ice cream, Yakult, half ramen) were absolutely great. I feel so spoiled.

Location is closed to station and easy access. Very very complete amenities, even they provide salt bath and very helpful staff. The price is very affordable. Will be back again here if visiting Kobe.

150m to subway station … and they provide luggage storage service if u arrive earlier . Nearby a shopping street , 7-11 Lawson family mart … everything is good although not in city center

Cheap early check-in Complementary ice cream every night

Very big hotel with large rooms. Clean and with all services. Next to a train and bus station, with many restaurants and cafè around.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping arcade and shopping centers. Stayed here second time and will come back when next time will come to Kobe.

Not the shiniest hotel I ever stayed in but fantastic value for money.

Kobe is one of few places I could imagine to live in Japan. This hotel has a very nice lokation, an excelent restorant for breakfast to enjoy and wonderfull onsen to relax.
