A very beautiful, brand-new hotel with friendly staff who do their best to communicate using a translator. The bathroom is designed according to the latest standards, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—honestly, you could arrive with nothing and still feel completely comfortable. The towels are wonderful. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which also comes with a coffee machine, a kettle, and a lovely selection of teas.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. They did tasting of traditional alcohol drink Sake for us. We were chatting together and having nice time. They possess beautiful wall in the main hall where are nice photos and messages from their guests from the whole world. Room was spacious and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

Excellent facilities. Recently upgraded and everything was exceptional, the sauna, the layout of the beds, the projector and the shared bar and laundry facilities downstairs. Only a 5 minute walk from Hiroshima station. Location was excellent

Hiroshima is an amazing experience.

Hiroshima is an amazing experience. It is the site of great human tragedy; the scars of which are visible and memory of what was done to the civilians of Hiroshima in the second world war is kept in the beautiful museum on peace island. However like a phoenix, it is also a reborn city that is resilient, vibrant, beautiful, full of life, incredibly spiritual and dotted with Shinto and Buddhist shrines and temples, safeguarding a culture of remembrance, perseverance and peace and openness to all travellers. It is the gateway to explore some of the most magical places of Japan such as the Miyajima Island and a must for any traveller that finds themselves in Western Honshu. I cannot recommend this city highly enough.

Our visit to Hiroshima was both delightful and deeply moving. Seeing the places connected to the atomic bombing and learning about the devastation that happened there was heartbreaking, but the city also left us with such a strong sense of hope and resilience. We explored the cultural sights around Hiroshima, and everything felt so rich in history and meaning. The culture is very tangible—you don’t just see it, you feel it. Miyajima was another highlight of our trip. It felt almost magical, with its beautiful scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and timeless charm. It was one of those places that made us slow down and simply take everything in. Hiroshima is beautiful in so many ways, but what stayed with me most was its spirit. The resilience, the history, and the hope are almost palpable. It is a place that makes you reflect, feel, and remember. And Miyajima alone already makes me want to come back someday.

I loved Hiroshima. Next time I will definately stay longer.

I loved Hiroshima. Next time I will definately stay longer. The city is lovely to walk around, the people were friendly and everything was easy to get to. The Dome and Peace park were very sobering. Public transport all throughout Japan is awesome and Hiroshima is no different. Buses and trains run super frequently and are clean and easy to navigate.

Honestly, we didn't know what to expect from Hiroshima but...

Honestly, we didn't know what to expect from Hiroshima but it ended up being one of our absolute favorite places. The people were so friendly! We had a very fun experience at one of the little walk up bars even though my Japanese is poor and their English wasn't awesome, we made it work with so much humor. We had some of the absolute best food of our whole trip in Hiroshima and Miyajima Island for real. We wish we had stayed longer. It is absolutely worth going to. Plus shopping there was so much easier and peaceful than any other of the big cities. I was able to truly shop at Don Quijote without being bombarded by 100000000 people. The A-bomb museum is haunting for its content but beautifully put together, as is the park and all the monuments related to the bomb. It was hard to see but I think important as well. If you're not sure about stopping here - do it. You won't be disappointed.

The Peace Museum is a sobering reminder of the devastation and suffering resulting from the atomic bombing. A must view (but trigger warning of graphic images). I would recommend at least 2-3 hours to view the museum and at least one hour to walk through the peace park (which is beautiful). Hiroshima was a beautiful city and I wish that we had longer than just 1/2 a day to explore.

I wish I'd had more time.

I wish I'd had more time. I could've spent a whole day/ night on Miyajima. I took the ferry from Memorial park round trip, but it's a very small and completely enclosed boat, which doesn't give you a taste of the sea breeze and all the views are through a window. I would take the other ferry at least one way in the future. Memorial Park and museum can consume most of a day. It's heavy. Plan for some time afterwards to reflect and recuperate, but then enjoy the beautiful city that has sprung from the tragedy. I arrived too late to do anything on my first day so I just walked around my hotel neighborhood. The second day I visited the park, Miyajima, and the market, and left too early to do anything on the 3rd day. I didn't even have enough time to see the castle. If you arrive earlier in the day or leave late, 2 nights could be enough. It was also too hot to rush around so cooler temps might make a big difference in what you can do in a day.

Good size room for our family of four. The kids bunk beds were spacious and tucked around the corner so there was a bit of privacy when we needed a break from each other. The coin laundry and shared kitchen on the 3rd floor were great to have. Location was awesome. Okonomimura and a Donki were right around the corner. A tram stop connecting to Hiroshima station was about a 10min walk away. This hotel was a great base for exploring Hiroshima and surrounding areas. Would stay again

Fantastic location within the Hiroshima Train Station. Brand new hotel with excellent rooms and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very willing to assist. The self-service bag storage was a really good inclusion. The room had a great view over the city and surrounds.

We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting this hotel. Amazing views on 21 floor. It’s old luxury hotel, Home Alone movie vibe. Located in the heart of Hiroshima city, walking distance - castle. Taxi available in front of hotel. Friendly staff and drivers.

Great location in the downtown area of Hiroshima, about 15 minutes walk from the Peace Memorial Park and 5 minutes from underground stops. Taxi rank right outside. Breakfast available. Very nice room in the cheapest hotel in any city we visited in Japan.
