Every single detail in this hotel was taken to the perfection. We felt welcomed and been treated like a VIP eventhough we were just an ordinary tourists. Hotel have really nice and spacious rooms (we booked a Deluxe room with king size bed). Everything was super clean and house keeping done every day to perfection. As we booked the room with half-board dinning we enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. Meal was good, so the dinning area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room on the 8th floor was larger than expected, we didn't expect to have access to a spa and sauna and smoking rooms on different floors. The breakfast was simply outstanding (with Japanese dishes, café au lait, fresh croissants, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, fresh salad with a choice of 3 dressings including a delicious sesame dressing, and cereal with yogurt and milk and fruit), all with a stunning view from the 13th floor. The staff were very polite and helpful. I have traveled a lot around the world and this hotel was one of the best in this category. I can only recommend it.

This centrally located hotel is within walking distance of the Memorial. It's impeccably clean, and our room had all the amenities we needed. The only downside is that the bed might be too short for taller guests. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to remember that breakfast was included in the price. The filter coffee and baked goods provided were delicious and added to the enjoyable experience!

The rooms were very clean and organised which we loved. The food at the breakfast was varied and fresh (both for local and international taste). Also, the complimentary drinks and snacks offered throughout the day at the lobby/restaurant were a great way to relax. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which was a great benefit for us.

The city tells its sad story incredibly well but the impression is of positivity which is so uplifting. The Peace Memorial Museum shouldn’t be rushed. I didn’t think anything could match Auschwitz, but this does.

A peaceful and spiritual experience.

A peaceful and spiritual experience. So much culture and great food to explore in the main area of the Island walking through beautiful streets. The Miyajima Ropeway Mt Misen is a must do, the walk up to the Ropeway was beautiful and we walked down from the top to capture the Shrines, Temples and Halls.

The town itself is nice but not too special. Plenty of good places to eat and many shops, but the main attraction is the startof the Shimanami Kaido bike route of course, it is gorgeous and highly recommended!

Silent small town, just next to the station you have castle, not that frequently operating local trains from this station. To reach Hiroshima I had to take a bus and could not find local trains. Shinkansen is available, so those who dont worry about Shinkansen prices then it is super easy.

Mihara is a pocket of suburban quiet within the larger area of Hiroshima. Within easy ferry access of Okunoshima (Rabbit) Island, the Mihara area provides quiet, budget-friendly accommodations, and local specials. Mihara station also acts as a stop for the Shinkansen, so it is a great place to act as a base town during your travel. Please visit Mihara!

Kure is a great place for travelers who have an interest in Naval history, owing to Kure's long history as a naval port and the birthplace of famous ships like the battleship Yamato and aircraft carrier Akagi. The following restaurants were recommended to me so I also recommend them to future travelers! - Tone-honten (Curry Rice) - Dosanko Kure Hondori (Ramen) - Morisu (Ramen) - Jiyuken (Omurice) There is a rental bicycle service offered by JR by the station for 500円 where the bikes can be rented starting from 0800hrs and returned by 2000hrs.

Cute rabbits are just in front of the hotel. Anyone loves rabbit should come here once. But if you want to live here for one night or even longer, you should pay attention to the air in the aisle. The windows should be opened to let fresh air in.

An absolutely beautiful place.

An absolutely beautiful place. Local wildlife deer are around everywhere and they're adorable and precious! If you like a good and challenging hike with the reward of an amazing view, you must absolutely walk up the Omoto Path of Mount Misen. One of the highlights of my time in Japan. The center path is also a great moderate hike option - I took that one going down. But while you're up there, check out Miyajima shrine. It's very peaceful and completely surrounded by forest. Many people were at the temples, while I was completely alone at the shrine. There is also a lovely Aquarium on the island. Do recommend.
