We truly loved our stay at this hotel. As a newly opened property, everything felt beautifully fresh, refined, and thoughtfully designed. Honestly everything about stay at Etajimasou was fantastic. From the room, to the view, to the food and the staff. Highly recommend for some relaxing!

The hospitality at Kinsuikan was wonderful - we really felt cared for. The in-room Japanese degustation dinner was a truly memorable experience. I also loved the onsen.

We arrived when all the tourist took the ferry off and enjoyed the island by night! The morning, we woke up early before the first tourist came and enjoyed the city. Then we went hiking to hide from the mass and came down to enjoy the hotel onsen! The room are spacious and clean. The service is good, they try to speak your language and answered my annoying question about where to find the best umeshu. We even got free juice and manjus!

The Villa is gorgeous and Totomi and her mother are wonderful hosts. They prepared great breakfast and we had a very yummy sea food bbq one evening at the house where they had prepared everything in advance when we came back from our excursion.

The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.

The location and accommodation and staff where second to none.! The food was next level and included both evening meal and magnificent breakfast. the Onsen both private and public where lovely and relaxing .

The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented and portions were generous. The hotel did not forget the two dishes we added when we booked the hotel. The added dishes of fried sea bream bones and the braised fish head were nicely prepared and were very good value for money. The quality of the dishes was superb. Most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I wish I had time for one more night! Must come back.
