JapanBreakfast was very good. I enjoyed local foods. A variety of Japanese cuisines are available, and all of them taste good. Although the hotel is located near the airport, I had no noise in the room. It is very quiet.

CroatiaI've stayed at this hotel a number of times, and I knew exactly what it offered: a bed to sleep, air condition in summer / heating in winter and location 3 minutes from Mihara shinkansen station. All this at a rock bottom price. You get something this cheap, you can't complain about anything.
Also, something you should expect (and you'll definitely get): traditional Japanese hospitality.

Mihara is a pocket of suburban quiet within the larger area of Hiroshima. Within easy ferry access of Okunoshima (Rabbit) Island, the Mihara area provides quiet, budget-friendly accommodations, and local specials. Mihara station also acts as a stop for the Shinkansen, so it is a great place to act as a base town during your travel. Please visit Mihara!

A small town that we considered a layover the night before...
A small town that we considered a layover the night before heading to the rabbit island and later Hiroshima City. Quite lively a night life they had for such a small town, although some might not consider it a plus. Safety, nonetheless, seemed maintained well enough within the area.

Stayed at this hotel after finishing the Shiminami Kaido...
Stayed at this hotel after finishing the Shiminami Kaido cycling route. Hotel room was clean and quiet with a nice breakfast and located close to restaurants and the train station. I would stay here again.

The town of Mihara is the starting point of Seto Inland Sea...
The town of Mihara is the starting point of Seto Inland Sea cruise on the "Sea Spica" fast tourist craft, visiting various attractive locations along the coast before arriving at Hiroshima port: the "Rabbit island" of Okunoshima, historic town of Itarai and Kure naval base. The port of Mihara is but a 5 minute walk from the Shinkansen station, and there are various shopping and dining options close by.
