After being at this place for 1 night , I just feel oh god can I stay here for a few more days . This place has a vibe . I wish if I could give a 10 star rating for the host too . Been on a backpacking trip in Srilanka for a week till now . As far as I have seen this is the best value for money dorm I have been in . Hopefully I'll come back here soon

If you’re seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Kandy, I couldn’t recommend this hostel and Asanka more. His kindness and attention to detail are unmatched.

We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard.

They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner (not included on the booking. It's a beautiful place if you want to spend a chill time. Consider you should take a 30 min Bus till you reach Kandy downtown.
