Price can't be beat, and you get what you pay for. Clean enough, smells good, quiet, and the rooftop is beautiful. The host, Karim, is the friendliest ever! I heard that a guest kept complaining about the kittens 😒, so they took them to a shelter. 😢 If you don't like cats, stay at an expensive hotel or don't come to Morocco!

The hostel is very well located on a main street, which makes it very accessible by car, and is very close to the Medina’s markets! The hostel itself is a very Moroccan experience. An ideal terrace for relaxing is an area on the ground floor where you can make good friends over breakfast! I would especially like to praise the staff, who are extremely attentive and friendly! I’ll definitely be back.

I always feel lucky because I tend to choose good hostels and Happy Marrakchy didn’t disappoint me either. It is a 20 minute walk away from the main square. The narrow streets leading to the hostel might feel sketchy but it’s ok, the locals are quite nice. The breakfast is substantial, the staff is very helpful and there’s privacy even in the shared dorms due to the curtains. The rooftop has a chill ambiance.

Great location, staff is super kind and correct, professional. Breakfasts are served within the price which is great for the value we pay. This hostel is cleaned very frequently, toilets and showers are clean as well and I can tell that it smells nicely, even with so many guests that come to visit and stay at this hostel. Big plus for the two rooftops.
