I’ve travelled a lot, but I have never met a facilitator as exceptional as Youssef Ghalem. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His knowledge of the area was incredible, not just the popular spots, but hidden gems you’d never find on your own. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful he was while I was staying at the Riad Hostel ADI. He organized a surprise sunset walk to a viewpoint only locals know, shared fascinating stories about the region’s history, and even helped me arrange a last-minute activity that turned out to be the highlight of my trip. His sense of humour, patience, and genuine passion for hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. Everything was smooth, perfectly planned, and full of small touches that showed how much he cares about guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Youssef Ghalem as your guide, your trip will be on a whole different level. Truly the best facilitator I’ve ever seen in my life. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Located in the medina of Marrakech, but in its probably quietest area, it has authentic Moroccan atmosphere, cozy rooms and very hospitable and friendly staff. On a terrace in the evening you would definitely find interesting people from all around the world to talk with while drinking amazing tea. I stayed here for one night only, but it was such a great experience. I wish you success in your business!

Booked a private room, good value for money, kind and helpful staff. The room was clean, extra blanket provided in case you get cold at night. Thought that I will miss my breakfast, but the staff prepared a breakfast take away package for me, checked out and left apartament at 5am👍

They make you feel like family.

I had such a great stay! All workers were amazing to me since I arrived, they offered me some tea with crackers. The riad itself, the terrace and the patio are beautiful, very peaceful. The breakfast (included) is one of my favourite parts. Thank you!
