Location. We needed something close to the Benito Juárez airport and it was excellent. It's about 30 minutes on foot, or ca 10 minutes with Uber. It's very tranquil, we had a good night's sleep. The place is clean and homey, lots of art and plants, well organised. The toilet and bathroom are on the smaller side, but it serves the purpose and it's clean. We only stayed one night, but would love to come back again for longer. The area is not so touristy, but it has everything you need.

10 out of 10 I really enjoyed my stay there. It was a fairly new hostel, hence the cheaper price. And everything was clean and beautiful there. Not to mention how nice the staff and the people I met there were!!! Would recommend to everyone.

The Hoatel Juarez is clean and comfortable - I stayed in a private room. Has a shared kitchen downstairs and a hangout area on the top floor, including a great terrace to get fresh air in the evenings. Staff were super friendly and helpful and welcoming It is close to the subway and restaurants and bars, but the street is on is super quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostel de Angel. The owner, Rodriguez, is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help visitors with anything they need. The hostel is in a very central location in Mexico City, just a few minutes' walk from many important attractions and historic sites. The atmosphere is friendly, the location is excellent, and the hospitality is outstanding. I highly recommend Hostel del Angel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The place was great — everything felt new and very clean. The common areas were amazing, with a huge, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a comfortable workspace. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the daily cleaning (except Sundays) was a big plus. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by metro and RTP buses, so getting around was easy. The staff were all very kind and helpful — it was a pleasure to see them around.

Good location, close to the historical city centre, most main attractions are within 15 to 30 mins walking distance. Nice eateries and street food options in the city centre area. Some small restaurants near the hostel and a convenience store for basic snacks, water and drinks. Seems like a busy hostel with a lot of constant buzz with people. The premises can be somewhat clean though. The staff is friendly and helpful. The reception is always busy attending to the people. Value for money for sure.

The hostel had a shared kitchen with multiple fridges to accommodate budget travellers and the staff were helpful with planning sights to see. The location is right behind the central Zocalo making it easy to travel on foot. The street itself is constantly guarded by police.

The hostel was decorated so nicely! Everything was very new and working super well. In a really quiet neighbourhood and great location. The owner was there to greet me and made me feel very welcome. Lots of facilities inside the hostel such as roof garden with different areas to sit, lounge area with television and even instruments to play with friends. Next time I return to Mexico City I’ll stay for longer - as a solo traveller I’m sure this new hostel will become a great meeting place for people from all over the globe!

Overall, it was the best hostel I stayed at while in Mexico. The staff was great. Cleanliness was excellent. The common area upstairs has beanbags to comfortably lounge. The breakfast is a good value. I ordered the chilaquiles (a bit too spicy for me) and the fruit bowl with honey (yum).

Great location, maybe 10 min from the city center walking through nice narrow streets. super clean rooms and they provided a QUILT which was super important for me (i was freezing there at night in January). During my second stay in Mexico city i stayed there again. Free water and kitchen facilities. Bright rooms, nice roof top, pretty living room on the first floor , always empty. super quiet hostel almost in the city center.

I'm a remote worker in my mid-30's and wanted a homely vibe, in a great location, with cool people—which is exactly what I got. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The place is really clean. Wifi is great. And the beds are SUPER comfy. Highly recommended especially for those wanting a comfortable, friendly atmosphere but NOT a party hostel.
