The staff are unbelievable, remarkable humans that will go out of their way to help you and make sure your stay is magic. Not only are they incredibly smart and resourceful, I must highlight the incredibly solid humans they are: my husband got really sick and we arrived 2 days later. Not only did they welcome us with open arms and genuine concern, but they also let us stay those 2 nights we arrived late as an extension to our original booking. They also put together a loving decoration because we visited on our honeymoon. Don't even hesitate in staying here. It's like people came together and agreed this place would be run by amazing, warm and empathetic people. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you for everything, guys!

The first night I arrived was a Christmas Eve and we had a little dinner all together - it was unforgettable moment! The beds are comfy, 20 mins walk to the nice beach and lively area with the restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly which makes the stay even more pleasant!

They really make an effort to plan activities and make the atmosphere fun for everyone. Great happy hour on the rooftop. I like that people actually respected the 11 pm quiet rule. Customer service was top notch. Loved that there were several bathrooms which were all clean and had hot water.
