They really make an effort to plan activities and make the atmosphere fun for everyone. Great happy hour on the rooftop. I like that people actually respected the 11 pm quiet rule. Customer service was top notch. Loved that there were several bathrooms which were all clean and had hot water.

The room was clean, spacious, with all the facilities promised, including hot water (for a 15-minute period at a time, and only between 6am and 11pm; understandable given the water stress of the region), and high pressure water. The staff was very helpful and prompt in helping us when we needed. The terrace on top of the building is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views over the city. Highly recommend it!
