La Punta's prime location is arguably best experienced at Frutas y Verduras. We spent just over two weeks exploring every corner of this house, one of the first in the area. Despite the lively atmosphere of La Punta, Frutas y Verduras offers a peaceful retreat. The service was exceptional, thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The property boasts several relaxing spaces, from the swimming pool to the main terrace. Our favorite spot was the 'eagle nest' atop the building, offering a spectacular view of the beach and surf lineup. Breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of toasts, waffles, crepes, and more. We truly felt at home, and a heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire team.

I've stayed in many hostels, but this is one of the best ones I've ever stayed at! Everything is so thought-through, organised and clean. It's about the small things like personal containers for the food, a well equipped kitchen or the beds with some extra privacy. They have a group chat to organise daily/nightly activities, which is great to get to know people and see something. It's not the typical pub crawl, but instead a little sunset hike, going to an event in the city or simply sharing a dinner. The staff is extremely helpful and always happy to help you out. The rooftop with a great view over the city is the cherry on the top of the cake. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

The hotel is beautiful, very tasteful, and really close to the beach. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the "mas grande" room and it is indeed very big, with a kitchen and two big beds. Very worth the stay!

Located right on the beach, lovely clean and comfortable dorm with Aircon. Roof terrace from where you can see the whole beach and islands. But the best thing about staying here was how lovely all the staff are - really friendly and helpful. Suggested great place to eat. Looked after my bags after checkout and let me use the showers in the afternoon.

In my 6 weeks in Mexico I stayed at a LOT of different places, and this was by far one of my favorites. I spent a lot of time at larger party hostles, which this place is not, and it was a relief. Not too big, not too small, not too extravagant, not funky at all. The staff was great, the guests, the food, the layout and what the place has to offer is just enough to provide everything you need without being pretentious. The dorms have a cute little cave style to the beds that are dark, cool, quiet and private. Its unsuspecting and in one of my favorite neighbourhoods, next to one of my favorite bars. Highly recommended! Next time Im in Oaxaca ill be staying here for sure.

Quiet, nice and big room. Pool was very beautiful we spent 3 nights and no regrets ! we have had a free breakfast in the morning (bread, jam & coffee) nice and accommodating when you don’t want spend to much money outside. Staff was really gentle and helpful thanks guys.

This is one of the best hostels we have stayed in! The double dorms are super spacious, comfy beds and pillows. The cleaners come in each day and make the bed and fold any clothes left on the bed. The pool and bar area is great, super social and relaxing. The bar offer good deals and the burgers there are amazing. We extended our stay an extra week, we loved it.
