They really make an effort to plan activities and make the atmosphere fun for everyone. Great happy hour on the rooftop. I like that people actually respected the 11 pm quiet rule. Customer service was top notch. Loved that there were several bathrooms which were all clean and had hot water.

As well not so far to walk to Ado station through center. Good ventilation in the room, possible to get extra blankets, hot shower. Working wifi. There is a station in the lobby to refill your water bottle, some cookies and coffee. Also, no problem to leave backpacks after check-out. It stored safely in a separate locked room.
